  • Analytics data: IP address, connection data, browser type/version. Information about “Cookies” can be found in Our Cookies Policy; 

  • Professional details: name of the pharmacy, professional address, VAT number; 

  • Account related details: username, password, registration date, login history;

  • Order details: products ordered, quantities, prices, total amount and discounts, order date and time, order history;

  • Delivery and invoicing details: delivery address, invoicing information, preferred contact method;

  • Communication data: confirmations sent to You, notifications regarding Your right to object to an order placed on Your behalf;

  • Representative-related information: where a representative places an order in Your name, We may record the identity of the representative (when identifiable) and any objections You submit within the 24-hour period. 

3.3. When You use the Website as a doctor, We may collect the following personal data: 

  • Identification and contact details: name, email; 

  • Analytics data: IP address, connection data, browser type/version. Information about “Cookies” can be found in Our Cookies Policy; 

  • Professional details: professional address ; 

  • Account related details: username, password, registration date, login history;

  • Order details: samples ordered, services ordered, quantities, order date and time, order history;

  • Delivery details: delivery address, preferred contact method;

  • Communication data: confirmations sent to You, notifications regarding Your right to object to an order placed on Your behalf;

  • Representative-related information: where a representative places an order in Your name, We may record the identity of the representative (when identifiable). 

3.4. When You use the Website to report a complaint or side effect, We may collect the following personal data: 

  • Identification details: name, date of birth, age, sex; 

  • Contact details: Address, email, phone number; 

  • Qualification; 

  • Details about the complaint or side effect.

  • Professional data: curriculum vitae (CV), cover letter.

  • Verify Your identity and eligibility as a pharmacist through Your APB number;

  • Create, manage and validate Your pharmacist account;

  • Provide You with access to restricted areas of the Website, including product prices and the full catalogue;

  • Allow You to search for products, add items to Your basket and place orders;

  • Process and manage Your orders, including minimum order requirements, discounts and special deals, confirmation emails and order history;

  • Allow a representative to place an order on Your behalf and record any objection You may raise within 24 hours;

  • Ensure the security of Your account, prevent fraudulent use and monitor unauthorised activities;

  • Communicate with You regarding Your account, orders or any technical or administrative issue;

  • Send You emails about SMB’s service and product offerings, including information on product launches, price and reimbursement changes; 

  • Transmit necessary order information to our partner Cophana for invoicing and shipment purposes; 

  • Comply with our obligations in the context of pharmacovigilance and related regulatory responsibilities. 

4.3. As a doctor, We collect Your personal data to: 

  • Verify Your identity;

  • Create, manage and validate Your doctor account;

  • Provide You with access to restricted areas of the Website, including product samples and the full catalogue of products;

  • Allow You to search for product samples, add items to Your basket, place orders and order SMB services;

  • Process and manage Your orders and ordered services, confirmation emails and order history;

  • Allow a representative to place an order on Your behalf and record any objection You may raise within 24 hours;

  • Ensure the security of Your account, prevent fraudulent use and monitor unauthorised activities;

  • Communicate with You regarding Your account, orders or any technical or administrative issue; 

  • Send You emails about SMB’s service and product offerings, including information on product launches, price and reimbursement changes; 

  • Comply with our obligations in the context of pharmacovigilance and related regulatory responsibilities.

  • Comply with Our legal obligations regarding safety, vigilance and reporting requirements;

4.5. As a candidate submitting a spontaneous application, We collect and process Your personal data to:

  • assess and process Your spontaneous application;

  • evaluate Your profile, qualifications and professional experience;

  • communicate with You regarding Your application and any potential opportunities;

  • manage Our recruitment activities and maintain a database of candidates for future vacancies;

  • comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations in the context of recruitment and employment.

  • Legal obligation – We process certain data to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, in particular those relating to pharmacovigilance, safety monitoring, traceability, and reporting requirements.

  • Our legitimate interests, balanced with Your rights and freedoms – e.g., to prevent fraudulent and unauthorised activities, verify Your professional eligibility, allow a representative to place orders on your behalf, or to improve the performance of the platform. 

  • Soft opt-in exception – We may use the email address collected during account creation to send information about SMB’s products and services. You can object free of charge at the time of collection and unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in each email.

For visitors reporting a complaint or side effect:

  • Legal obligation — We are required to collect and process certain information in order to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements (e.g., vigilance and safety monitoring).

  • Legal obligation — We process certain data where this is necessary to comply with Our applicable legal and regulatory obligations in the context of recruitment and employment.

  • Your consent — in particular where You consent to the retention of Your personal data in Our candidate database in order to be contacted regarding future opportunities. You may withdraw Your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to such withdrawal.

We wish to inform You that, in the context of the processing of Your personal data, You have the right:
